Are you tired of light fruit crops that leave no noticeable trace in your mouth?
Prepare to experience V60, a brew that breaks all the rules. From the highest peaks of Colombia, at an exceptionally high altitude of 2,100 meters (where coffee beans grow very slowly to concentrate their sugars), we bring you the "Red Fruit" crop. Thanks to a precise anaerobic process, the hidden flavors within the coffee bean are unleashed to deliver the complex, sweet, and clear coffee you crave.
What will you taste in your cup? (Suggestion experiment): This filter-infused brew is a "fruit salad" in a cup of coffee. Once brewed, you'll notice the following:
- Red fruits: The main character that dominates the cup with a distinct sweetness resembling berries and cherries.
- Lemon and orange: Bright, refreshing, and very clean citrus that balances the sweetness of the fruit and makes the glass vibrant.
- Vanilla: A soft, aromatic touch and a rich texture that envelops the senses at the end of every sip (Aftertaste).
Crop card:
- Region: Colombia.
- Type: Red Fruit.
- Altitude: 2100 meters (a very high altitude for more complex sugars and a firmer consistency).
- Processing: Anaerobic (anaerobic) - to enhance fruity flavors.
- Suggestions: Vanilla, lemon, orange, red fruits.
- Usage: Designed for the filter (V60/Chemex).
- Roast level: Medium Roast.
Barista tip: Because the processing is anaerobic and the grains are very dense (due to the high altitude of 2100m), we recommend using a water temperature between (90-92 degrees Celsius) with slow pours (at a rate of 1:15), to extract the sweetness of vanilla and red fruits and highlight the acidity of oranges and lemons in a perfectly balanced way without any bitterness.
