Exchange and return

Introduction to the Return and Exchange Agreement:

Our online store welcomes you and informs you that below you will find the terms and conditions for exchanges and returns. Any person's use of (Drip On Store), whether as a consumer of the store's services or products or otherwise, constitutes their acceptance and agreement, with full legal capacity, to all the terms and conditions of this agreement. This confirms your commitment to its terms and conditions. This agreement applies to all types of transactions between the user and the store, except for transactions related to personal status matters and transactions related to issuing deeds for real estate transactions. This agreement becomes effective and binding upon your acceptance and registration with (Drip On Store), in accordance with Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.

- Introduction and Definitions:

The above preamble is an integral part of this agreement. Below you will find the meanings and definitions of the key terms used in this agreement:

1. (The Store) This term refers to (Drip On Store), and this definition includes all forms of (Drip On Store) on the Internet, whether it is an electronic application, a website on the Internet, or a commercial store.

2. (User) This term refers to any consumer who purchases a product or service from the store through its online platform.

3. (The Agreement) This term refers to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this Agreement.

Replacement policy:

1. Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to him by (Drip On Store) within the seven days following the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to exchange the product after the seven days have passed.

2. The replacement of the product requires that the product be in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or benefited from it. (Drip On Store) has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety.

3. The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:

• If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he specified, excluding products that are defective or that do not conform to the specifications specified by the consumer.

• If the product consists of videotapes, discs, CDs, or software that have been used.

• If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or anything else that is considered a publication.

• If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's misuse.

• If the contract involves providing accommodation, transportation, or catering services.

• If the contract involves purchasing software download products online.

If the product is a bouquet of roses or natural roses, it will spoil quickly in normal conditions.

Currently, products cannot be exchanged to maintain health due to the coronavirus.

Return policy:

1. Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided to him by (Drip On Store) within the seven days following the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to that product after the seven days have passed.

2. The return of the product is conditional on the product being in good condition and the consumer not having used the product or benefited from it. (Drip On Store) has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.

3. The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:
